And now for Challenge #40:
Spring Flowers and Colors - Using At Least One Stampsmith Stamp ... Plus a Bonus!!

Maybe we're rushing it, but we see signs of Spring all around and we want to celebrate - NOW!  This month we challenge you to use Spring flowers and colors as your inspiration.  Of course that's just a starting point - let's see where it leads you!  We hope you'll invite a friend and play along for your chance to win $21 toward your choice of Stampsmith stamps!

We would also like to hear about your favorite types of challenges (color, shape, photo, sketch, theme, etc.) and your specific theme suggestions for upcoming months.  Every comment giving us feedback will earn an entry in our draw for a little mystery gift from Valerie!!

The designers have been busy celebrating Spring behind the scenes and we finally get to share their gorgeous creations with you!  Are there signs of Spring in your yard?? :)

  1. My favorite challenge would probably be black and white with a splash of color. I also love theme and sketch challenges.

  4. Hi, there are snowdrops blooming in my garden despite the fact that the ground is frozen solid. Isn't nature amazing. I think colour challenges are always great, you get such a lot of different expressions. I have only done two sketch challenges but can see how these would be a bit addictive.

  6. I've not done many sketch challenges but love colour ones and enjoyed the inspirational photo one last month. We've had a bit of sun here in the uk, which is lovely, but it may not last! Xx

    1. Hi Maria! Glad you enjoyed the inspirational photo challenge last month. That was a new theme for us. I liked how many different ways it could be interpreted! :)

  7. Sad to say I've had to leave my Stampsmith stamps at home (there simply wasn't room for everything in my travelling stash), so will have to sit out the next couple of challenges... but delighted to chip in with suggestions!!
I'm always a big fan of Tic-tac-toe challenges... love picking my line and creating with it.
Or projects inspired by a song - either one picked by you, or each of us sharing what song has inspired the project we've made...

    1. Safe travels, Alison! Tic Tac Toe is a great idea - I love them too. We've never done one for The Stampsmith Challenge! I just finished a song challenge card on my blog... that was super fun - another great idea! Thank you, Val :)

  8. I love almost any kind of challenge, but I guess my favorite types would be "sketch", "color scheme", and "theme" or "technique." That really narrows it down, doesn't it? LOL! I especially like monotone designs. Now to get out some bright colors and start stamping.

  11. What about a Recycle-re-use challenge. Maybe that it has to have some elements that are recycled from household items that are not normally associated with crafts.
